Logline: This documentary is about celebrating cancer survivors, remembering those we've lost to cancer, and fighting back against cancer with research and participating in RIT's Relay for Life.
This documentary follows the stories of people who all have been affected by cancer. The documentary first focuses on celebrating survivors of cancer. The first subject is Peggy Tirrell, a cancer survivor and works in the Saunders College of Business. The documentary then moves into remembering those who were lost to cancer. This section includes Finn Rhoades, who lost their father to cancer and is the Co-President of RIT's Relay for Life event. It also includes Amy Roberts, who also lost their father to cancer and is the Ceremonies Co-Chair and Social Media Chair for Relay for Life. Then, the doc goes into the fighting back section carried by Hans Schmitthenner, an RIT Professor and Cancer Researcher. The documentary then culminates with RIT's Relay for Life event happening.
