Logline: A cat chases its ball into the city after losing it.

While playing, a cat hits its ball into the street. An ice cream truck appears the cat hides to avoid a splash of mud, not having good memories of its previous baths. Its ball is hit by the ice cream truck, and the cat chases its runaway toy into the city. It avoids cars and people trying to pet it as it manages to retrieve the ball after it is stuck in an automated hot dog cart. The cat returns home to its owner, who while petting it accidently lets some of her ice cream drip onto the cat, freezing it and causing it to tip into some mud, forcing it to get a bath.
