Logline: A top prospect for college basketball gets kicked out of his D1 school and returns to his hometown.

College athlete, Jay Brooks, downgrades from a Division 1 team to Division 3; with the cushion of a D1 scholarship gone, Jay has to face the reality that he must work harder in order to be picked up by another team, or he will never play ball at a higher level again. Through the film, Jay faces problems within his neighborhood, including the police, family, and the social hierarchy and academics of his new school.
