Logline: man was mean to roommate and finds out he was taken by a cult as a sacrifice

After a man treats his roommate terribly, the man realizes his roommate goes missing. After searching and finding a note the man follows the clues to a random room. In this room we find a cultist ritual occurring where the roommate is the star attraction. After the roommate is turned into a sock, total chaos ensues. The socks begin chasing the man through a series of places, with each cultist accidentally ending themselves. In the end we see one sock remaining, the leader. The protagonist decides to not be afraid anymore, grabs the sock and throws it into the washing machine and claims victory. However, in the end he realizes that he lost his roommate without even treating him right.
